Germany’s Next Topmodel Final 2013

2013 the casting-show entered its eighth round: From more than 15.000 candidates the jury chose 4 favorites over months – in the fulminant final Lovelyn Enebechi was voted the winner. First time ever the final took place in the SAP Arena in Mannheim. Like in the years before the show was perfected by the motion technology of Stage Kinetik.

A helicopter hangs on 5 Movecat SIL3 chain hoists

Among other things a helicopter came into action. In it the jurors (model Heidi Klum, creative-director Thomas Hayo and photographer Enrique Badulescu) flew down on stage. 5 Movecat SIL3 chain hoists were used to achieve this – 1 at the middle of the helicopter (with a maximum load of 2500 kilograms) and 4 at the helicopter’s outside corners (each with a maximum load of 500 kilograms). A grand show-opening!

Enormous LED wall, 17,6 meters wide, 10,25 meters high and weighing 7200 kilograms

Heartpiece of the stage was an enormous LED wall: 17,6 meters wide, 10,25 meters high and weighing 7200 kilograms. The wall was splitt in the middle, so that it was a large sliding door for the candidates and the show acts like Psy or Robin Thicke to enter the stage. Further the stage was equipped with 14 SIL3 chain hoists for moving lights. All that staged the nearly 3-hours live show perfectly!
