An LED lifting wall system opening in a few seconds

We have developed and built an LED lifting wall system for Porsche’s press conference held at the IAA fair 2015. For this purpose, a part of an LED wall was lowered by some millimeters and moved to the side. Then, it was tilted back and lifted behind the upper part of the LED wall by means of 2 winches.

2 winches and a door with a weight of approximately 2000 kilograms

After a vehicle has passed the door with a weight of approximately 2000 kilograms, the lifting door was closed again in reverse order. The opening and closing of the door only took a few seconds.
